What if you had to start a YouTube channel?

What would it be about?

What is the theme or style?

Would you interview people?

Would you consider impromptu spontaneous interactions with strangers on the street?

What if you had to grow an audience of followers to 100,000 within 1 year?

How about this … an investor signs a contract saying he will pay you one dollar per follower that you’ve gathered at the end of 12 months.

Would you make a valiant effort to gather subscribers?

What do you believe people are interested in watching?

Would your channel be entertaining?

Who would be your ideal audience … young or older?

Would you gather a crew?

Who would help you?

Would you do everything yourself? Or what responsibilities would you handle personally?

Why are people so bored?

How many hours per day passively consuming content?

Would your channel talk about business tips?

What’s your main message?

How do you want people to feel?

Do you have the heart to continue?

How many episodes would you make per week?

Where would you get your content inspiration?

Who else do you think would join your team eventually?

What if there were some rules for your channel? Like no vulgarity and no crude content.

What if your channel was being evaluated by God for purity of motives and maximum action?

How many people out of 100 start a channel?

Out of the hundreds of people you know personally, how many have a channel?

A couple quick YouTube stats:

2.6 billion monthly active users, in 100+ countries.

321,000 channels have 100,000+ subscribers

Users spend an average of 19 minutes per day on YouTube.

YouTube is the world’s second most visited website, right behind Google.

694,000 hours of video are consumed by YouTube users each and every minute. Higher than Netflix users streaming 452,000 hours per minute.

Mobile viewers comprise 89.5% of worldwide visits to YouTube, compared to just 10.5% on desktop.

Among the top 20 keywords or topics searched are generally: songs, news, games.

YouTube Shorts attract more than 30 billion daily views

  • 82% of people use YouTube as a source of entertainment.

  • 18% use it to specifically to follow brands and companies.

  • 7% use YouTube as a way to strengthen their professional work.

  • 37% of viewers ages 30 to 49 use YouTube as a news source.

Would you be willing to do something courageous?

Would you interview those people who are the polar opposite of you?

What are your top two excuses for not doing it?

How will the world be a better place once your channel has gained traction?

What is God’s opinion? Is God pro video outreach, neutral, or against?

Who would be opposed to the success of your channel reaching the right audience?

Please briefly explain the Great Commission: _____________

Can you imagine a church carrying the responsibility of fulfilling the Great Commission and yet not having a YouTube strategy?

Would your channel … multiply your efforts?

Would your content … reverberate throughout eternity?

What if we just magnified every thought that gets fully processed and approved through your heart and then multiplied the distribution of that final product by 1000?

Would people grow closer to God or closer to nothing by tuning into your channel?

Mixed in among all the entertaining videos … while peoples’ brains are shifted into Jell-O absorption mode … is there any spiritual question you would like to ask the world?
