Salvation is of ultimate importance by duration of time. ♾
Salvation is ultra-important because it prevents an eternal catastrophe.
Salvation carries the highest level peace of soul, once solidified.
Salvation is that miracle moment of removing one person from the family of spiritual Darkness and birthing that one person into the family of Light.
Salvation is the single-highest-impact moment of a lifetime.
Salvation opens the door to potential, total life transformation (some character required). :)
Salvation settles things right with God.
Salvation deposits positive, Divine righteousness into my needy bank account.
Salvation happens at a point of humility … which is essential to receiving truth.
Salvation is great because of Who willingly participated in the transaction.
Salvation unites in proper harmony these four elements:
me recognizing Who God is,
agreeing with God on my sinful condition,
acknowledging the penalty is beyond what I can pay,
and accepting the free offer of salvation through God’s Son.
“Why do you make these little podcasts or posts?” We want every possible believer reaching every possible person by all possible means with the glorious gospel of Christ. Because salvation is important!
Salvation is great due to the significant subject matter covered.
The salvation experience includes the Holy Spirit convicting a person of:
their sinful condition when compared to the holiness of God,
their lack of personal righteousness, and
their deep need for a qualified Savior Who stands ready to rescue them from massive consequences.
If you think about it, salvation makes sense logically:
Because God is God, then I must be a sinner.
Because I’m a sinner, then there’s a penalty.
Because there’s a penalty, then the Savior is required.
Thinking upon salvation often makes the heart tender, emotion-swelled, and even musical. Praise the Lord, salvation has been brought down! Hallelujah I’m saved, saved, saved!
There’s an old song: “No you can’t get to Heaven without S.A.L.V.A.T.I.O.N. Shout it out! Loud and clear! SALVATION!”
How important is salvation? 10,000 years. Put a price-tag on that. :)
Salvation must then be ultra-clear.
Because human nature tends to stretch or shrink simple, solid facts. We dare not, however, mess-up the instructions for receiving salvation.
What does the Deceiver attack most vehemently? He’s busy adding to salvation or subtracting from salvation.
Salvation plus something = confusion.
Salvation minus something = corruption.
Remember the last time you received an accurate criticism … and you embraced that criticism as a compliment? Here it is …
2 Corinthians 11:3 “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” Yes, salvation is simple. A loving God would not make salvation overly complex.
“See your condition and ask for My salvation.”
“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved.”
Salvation is not available in multiple flavors. There is only one. “Can I get this in a different color?” No, sir. There is one only begotten Son. There is one Way. There is one Truth. There is one Life. Salvation is singular.
“I don’t like it.”
Well, you did not write the plan. You also did not place yourself here. So you cannot make it to the next level unless you understand and agree to the terms of service as written by the Designer of Life.

Let’s consider some Bible verses on the topic of salvation:
2 Samuel 22:36 “Thou hast also given me the shield of Thy salvation”
That’s the greatest protection plan ever.
Isaiah 61:10 “I will GREATLY rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, He hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.”
That guy is greatly rejoicing. He’s joy-filled. He’s decked-out. He’s ready for the party!
Psalm 3:8 “Salvation belongeth unto the LORD”
He is the sole owner. There is no other source for salvation.
Psalm 35:3 “… say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.”
Here David is inviting God to affirm his salvation. Salvation is the best expression of love, from God to my soul. I want to thank Jesus for the plan of salvation. Just to say, “Lord, I love You, for You understand.”
Psalm 40:16 “… let such as love Thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.”
Continually … that’s right up at the top of the importance list. At all times happening. Makes us want to repeat the verse: “… let such as love Thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.”
Ephesians 1:13 “In Whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in Whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise”
Good words there. A lot going on. Essentially, we believed Him; “in Whom”. That moment is important enough to God that He sealed the contract with that promise of His abiding presence.
Revelation 19:1 “And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God”
On a scale of 1 to 10 … How important is salvation to you? One for less important. Ten for highest importance.
Is salvation so important that someone else should know?
